Kristen Gardner has over 15 years experience with program development, facilitation, and assisting organizations in identifying and reaching their goals. She has a strong background in grassroots and non-profit, participatory organizations.
Organization Development
When an organization knows that they can be working together more effectively, but are not sure how to accomplish that – I can help make an assessment and facilitate a participatory process of problem solving and improvement. My work can also include facilitating a specific meeting or process, such as strategic planning or retreat.
Program Planning & Development
When you have a great idea and need help developing the idea into a reality – I can provide program planning, grant development/writing, research, implementation and more. I have launched a number of thriving programs: SFSU training program for community health workers; non-profit based school garden teacher training program; County Health and Human Services program to provide health insurance for children.

I tailor trainings to the specific needs of the organization. Expertise in facilitation and decision-making procedures.
